James is the best sales agent I have spoken to in many years. I like his non pressure attitude and his honesty. I wanted coverage for my burial. I am 82 years old and did not want my son in law to be stuck with costs. I have been divorced many years and have remained without a partner since I was 27. So my money goes to home ,car etc. I think you all get the picture. But my son inlaw did not want me to get the policy. I signed up on Tuesday and had to cancel on the Wednesday. James phoned me and was very pleasant, not angry at all. Heassured me I would get my money back and did not question me about why I changed my mind. He is a man of integrity
